MAKING EXCELLENCE ACHIEVABLE
Until Move HQ no facility existed in the UK where anyone could go and do genuine strength and conditioning or performance based athletic training without restriction.
We offer an elite level facility without the need to be affiliated with an elite sports club or competing at international level.
Our Performance Centre has the space to allow freedom of movement, no compromise, no inhibition. You can train as you want without waiting for space, equipment or feeling pressured to move from your work station.
Alongside this provision for the most aspiring of individuals is a desire to empower and provide opportunity to those who don’t aspire to be professional athletes.
Health and Fitness need not be about endless lines of bikes and treadmills, fixed axis weight machines and rows of screens. There is a more rewarding way of training, better methods, genuine movements, inspiring environments that is not purely reserved just for a privileged few.
Visiting coaches and athletes, sportspeople have been overwhelmed with what we have created.
Our members and clients LOVE being part of Move HQ.
WE GIVE OUR MEMBERS THE PLATFORM TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE.
THIS IS WHERE YOU DESERVE TO TRAIN
Move HQ is a project inspired by the quest for elite performance by Mark Munroe and Nedum Onuoha.
Having spent over ten years in the health and fitness industry as one of the most successful Personal Trainers in London, Mark took his Sports Science toolbox and enjoyed a fruitful career in elite sport. With a huge amount of experience with long term athlete development and working with young athletes Mark is as well rounded as you get. Move HQ is a great reflection of his outlook on facilitating human movement and development.
Nedum is a former professional footballer (Manchester City, Sunderland, QPR, Salt Lake City, England U21) who also has quite a significant pedigree as a track athlete. You will find Nedum giving his insightful and honest opinions on football through a plethora of television and radio channels.
