There’s plenty of comfortable seating to choose from with views over the landscaped surrounding areas or over the gym floor. Whether it’s a pre or post workout snack, or a morning in front of your laptop there’s plenty of tasty and nutritious offerings at the Move HQ café to enjoy.
We are passionate about coffee and are proud to serve Coopers Coffee roasted with unequivocal passion in Marlow. Our freshly blended protein shakes are a hit and equally popular is our sushi, delivered several times a week from the incredible Japanese kitchens at Tanpopo.
We also have a wealth of healthy snacks including some fantastic products from Protein Works which sits alongside our wonderful award winning sandwich selection from Soho Sandwiches.

THE CABIN STUDIO
You’ll be hard pressed to find a more inspiring space. Set in landscaped gardens with full height sliding doors and a surrounding boardwalk.
The Cabin hosts our Yoga, Pilates and Core & Mobility classes.
