PERSONALISED EXERCISE PROGRAMME
Sit down with one of our S&C coaches and discuss your goals, exercise history and lifestyle. They will develop a programme for you to follow over a 6 week training block.
SPORT S&C SESSIONS
Sport specific sessions for large groups, teams and squads. Speed development on our 35m track using a huge variety of equipment including Run Rocket, harnesses, parachutes, overspeed trainers to name but a few. Agility work on our huge internal turfed area benefitting from Raptor EX resisted kit and a wealth of other toys and drill knowledge. Add great variety to your S&C sessions with our Sleds, Prowlers, Plyo Boxes, and Hurdles
Fast track your rehabilitation with the latest Alter G treadmill using NASA Differential Air Pressure Technology. Facilitate recovery and treatment of acute and chronic conditions in this state of the art machine including live video feedback and automated body weight adjustments in 1% increments.
We have a suite of performance testing kit to assess speed, power, agility, strength and muscular imbalance. Inform your training and set objective goals to achieve your personal or performance related goals. Aside from our speed gates we are proud to offer Gym Aware technology and the very latest VALD (ForceFrame and ForceDecks) testing apparatus to individuals and teams/squads.
GROUP EXERCISE SESSIONS
Throw, jump, lift, sprint, bound and hop to your heart's content by joining our group sessions to complement your exercise regime.
We limit session size to 10 participants to make sure you can receive our coaches attention and benefit from all the kit and space we have to offer. Raise the bar and experience a much better version of traditional ‘group exercise’.
Lower, Upper and Full Body sessions delivered progressively over several weeks by our coaches.

CORE & MOBILITY
Everything is dictated by our ability to operate our core musculature, and mobility around each joint is paramount in execution of movement.
This session will involve the combined use of mobility tools and stability exercises to overcome postural imbalances. If you want to improve your movement quality, reduce injury risk due to instability or imbalance, this is a perfect session for you.
Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.
Vinyasa: Embrace a state of flow. This yoga class is dynamic, explorative and challenging. Incorporating creative sequencing, anatomical focus areas and traditional teachings, it’s the hallmark of intelligent asana.
